Orders are packed and dispatch within 48 hours (except weekends and public holidays) from when the order was placed. We use Australia Post for all domestic orders. Orders sent via regular post should arrive within 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas, and with express within 2-4 days. Non-metropolitan areas may take longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number at the time your order is dispatch. All orders are marked with ‘Authority to Leave’ - if this is undesirable, please leave a note in the delivery instructions box at the time of purchase.
All international orders are shipped via AusPost. Orders are dispatch within 48 (except weekend and public holiday ) hours from when there order is made. Orders should arrive within 14 business days, though times may vary depending on location. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number at the time your order is dispatch.
Please contact us within 7 days after dispatch has been confirmed if you have not received your package. Processing refunds beyond 14 days will not be possible due to the perishable nature of coffee products.
The estimated shipping costs on the website are as accurate as possible. However, if there is a large discrepancy between the estimated cost and the actual cost, we will get in touch to arrange the appropriate cost.
Import taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. REFUNDS + RETURNS
We pride ourselves on roasting only the highest quality product. All our coffee undergoes strict quality assurance process - every single batch is tasted and tested to ensure that each and every bag of coffee we send out meets our standards. For this reason, refunds on coffee purchases cannot be guaranteed.
If you have been sent the wrong product, or it has been wrongly described, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days.
For all Merchandise, if the product is damaged upon arrival please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange within 14 business days. If you have changed your mind on your purchase and would like to return it, contact us and ensure that the product is unused, and remains in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use will not be eligible for return or refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Conquest Coffee co.
3. AMENDING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
We dispatch orders within 48 (except weekend and public holiday ) hours. The turnaround time can be as quick as a couple of hours. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com
